Welcome to Sir Devonshire Square – a bold, beautiful boutique hotel just steps from Liverpool Street Station. We opened in September, the first UK hotel from Sircle Collection
, the Dutch lifestyle brand known for turning up the charm in Europe’s coolest neighbourhoods.
As our team grows, we’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator
, who will assist the People & Culture Manager in creating a welcoming environment for all team members. You will help support onboardings, shape the workplace culture, promote our core values and foster a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.

• Support the onboarding process by assisting with new hire orientations and ensuring that all new team members feel welcomed and well-prepared to start their roles.
• Assist in preparing and issuing job offers and employment contracts to new hires.
• Help to live and promote our value of heartfelt service, supporting team members and creating a workplace where everyone feels appreciated.
• Support the creation and execution of a wide-ranging employee experience plan, to include activities, events and celebrations making the workplace engaging, exciting, and enjoyable.
• Support the People & Culture Manager in maintaining compliance with employment and Health & Safety legislation.
• Assist with performance evaluations, career growth, and training programs that encourage personal and professional development of all team members.

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Natural communicator with excellent spoken and written English.
• A positive, enthusiastic and creative approach to your work.
• A self-starter with the ability to multitask.
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment – flexibility is key!
