We’re gearing up for something big. Arcade is opening a brand-new venue in the heart of Covent Garden — and we’re looking for an exceptional Host to be part of our opening team.

Arcade is one of UK’s most ambitious and exciting hospitality projects! A dynamic playground where world-class chefs, bold culinary ideas, and vibrant guest experiences come together under one roof. As a brand incubator, we launch,operate, and scale original concepts that celebrate global cuisines and exceptional drink culture.

About The Role:

We’relooking for a standout Host to be the face of one of London’s newest, stunning and most exciting venues — Arcade Covent Garden. This is more than a front-of-house role! The successful candidate will be the spark that kicks off every guest’s experience. With your vibrant energy, magnetic personality, and natural flair for hospitality,you’llcreate a buzzing, welcoming vibe from the moment guests walk through the door.

In this role asaHost,you will:

• Greet guests with flair and enthusiasm, making them feel like VIPs
• Manage seating arrangements with a dash of creativity and style
• Provide guests with engaging information about food partners and drink offerings
• Help coordinate special eventsand promotions, adding your unique touch
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Get the opportunity to be cross trained across all areas of the restaurant!

We'dlove to hear from you if you:

• Bring prior experience in aFoHposition greeting and seating guests
• Are outgoing, energetic, and have a flair for the dramatic
• Have working experience of table booking systems like
  
  Seven
  
  Rooms, Open Table or Tripleseat
• Bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a passion for food and creating memorable experiences
• Bring an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bringpreviousexperience in hospitality
• Have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
