The role of a Head Maitre d:
Assist with the day-to-day management of table plan and coordinate future reservations, supervising the flow of walk-ins in a timely manner.
Oversee and work alongside the floor and reception team for effective communication of turn times and dining requirments across all departments.
Inspire the reception team to nurture and maintain relationships with guests, making them feel welcomed and valuable.
As Head Maitre d, you'll bring:
Mature work approach in a similar setting, confidently acting as a point of reference for all things reservations for both guests and team.
Knowledge of reservation platforms and can cultivate genuine connections, exceeding guests and teams expectations  youre our greatest asset!
