We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Bartender to become a valued member of our outstanding Ginger Lily Lounger & Bar team at Pan Pacific London.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Bartender in Ginger Lily Lounger & Bart team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences. As a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
Engage with guests, create a positive atmosphere, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Demonstrate expertise in creating signature cocktails and following established recipes.
Have a comprehensive understanding of the beverage menu, including wines, spirits, and cocktails
Work closely with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate orders and maintain a smooth workflow.
