Spa Supervisor

Our Spa team deliver calm, restorative wellness experiences in the heart of one of the busiest buildings in the City. From our warm and attentive reception hosts to our expert therapists, every interaction shapes how our guests feel. We're looking for a Spa Supervisor to support the team that bring that magic to life every day. Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will:

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of our Spa reception team
• Create an atmosphere of warmth and welcome in all our wellness spaces, ensuring every guest journey feels relaxed, personal and memorable from arrival to treatment to post-care
• Role-model service excellence and a culture of outstanding hospitality
• Guide the team to great commercial performance through labour control, product knowledge, and upselling training
• Maintain great compliance, cash and stock security, and health and safety practices in our wellness spaces
• Partner closely with our wellness, rooms, housekeeping, and membership teams to deliver a seamless experience for members and hotel guests
• Handle guest feedback with confidence, finding solutions that protect both guest experience and The Ned's reputation

• Previous experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment is essential, and supervisory or leadership experience would be preferred
• A passion for hospitality and wellbeing, with the ability to inspire teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Strong organisational and operational skills, with the ability to balance commercial focus and people leadership
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A calm, grounded presence that sets the tone for the spa environment
• Experience with compliance, and wellness-related health and safety is highly beneficial
