The Groucho Clubis looking for an enthusiastic
Public Area Attendant to be an integral part of our Housekeeping and Facilities team. Our ideal candidate brings proactive energy, a positive can-do attitude, and a friendly personality, alongside the skills that make you an outstanding team member.

Responsibilities- Maintain all public areas of the Club to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
- Ensure cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently within the allocated timeframe.
- Restock and replace items provided for guest and member use in public spaces and restrooms.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, empty bins, sanitise surfaces, and ensure hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Clean floors, glass, and hard surfaces to the highest quality standard.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs in public areas, corridors, stairs, and lifts; ensure vacuum cleaner is checked regularly and dust bags replaced as needed.
- Dust, polish, and maintain all fixtures, furniture, and hard surfaces to a professional sheen using approved cleaning chemicals.
- Keep service and storage areas clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- No prior professional cleaning experience? No problem! We are keen to provide full training for the right candidate.
- We value individuals who show initiative, are eager to learn, and can adapt to changes in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Previous cleaning experience is a bonus but not essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high standards is highly desirable.
- A positive, flexible attitude and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for our members are key.
