To succeed in this role, you will:

• Have previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, with a strong understanding of guest service standards.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle guest requests and inquiries professionally.
• Be a team player with strong leadership abilities, able to motivate and guide junior staff while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing guest information and administrative tasks. Be highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Have a genuine passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
