- Lead and manage the Back of House team, ensuring high productivity, excellent performance, and compliance with hotel standards.
- Oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of all Back of House areas, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Manage staffing operations, including rota planning, team training, inductions, and performance management tomaintainan engaged and high-performing team.
- Coordinate with operational departments, including Kitchen, Banqueting, and Engineering, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations andtimelyresolution of maintenance and equipment requirements.
- Manage Back of House resources and budgets, including stock control, purchase orders, equipment management, and contractor relationships to support efficient operations.
As a
Back of House Manager,you will be workingon arotatingshift basis,Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts(including weekends and bank holidays),so flexibility isrequiredwhereapplicable.
