- Working with the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef to manager daily kitchen activities, including overseeing the team, assisting with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stock rotation.
- Supervising the kitchen brigade on a daily basis.
- Providing guidance to junior chefs, including but not limited to, cooking, food preparation and plating dishes.
- Ensuring quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
- Participate in training and maximise the opportunities for the ongoing development of junior chefs to prepare them for more responsibility.

- You must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience of working in a hotel environment is ideal.
- Able to work a variety of different shifts, which will include: weekends, early starts and late finishes.
