As the Bar Manager at Il Gattopardo, you will lead, develop, and manage the bar team to ensure excellent guest experiences through top‑notch beverage service. You will oversee the creation and enhancement of our beverage lists – including cocktails, mocktails, and spirits – ensuring that all drinks are served in accordance with legal guidelines.
