BVC Hospitality, a portfolio of innovative food concepts, is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead the drinks offer across NAC, Crème, Le Café NAC and 74 Duke. You will set standards, recipe guidelines and costs, balancing hands-on QC with menu development and cost management.
Travel between London venues, train teams, manage suppliers, develop seasonal menus and drive brand-aligned beverage strategy. A hands-on leader with knowledge of coffee, cocktails and wine is essential; WSET is desirable.
