Location: City Of London
Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Receptionist to greet guests on arrival, check them in, and handle payments at the front desk. You’ll respond to inquiries about hotel facilities and local attractions while maintaining accurate guest records in our systems.
The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hotel environment. Prior 3/4-star hotel experience is a plus, and you’ll be part of a supportive team with growth
