Location: City of Westminster
The Arts Club - Brasserie is seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in running the Brasserie operations. This fixed-term maternity cover is for an initial period of 6-12 months, offering a hands-on leadership role to deliver exceptional service, drive commercial performance, and develop the team.
You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets and staff, and step in as Duty Manager when the GM is away, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality.
