COREcruitment is seeking a Multisite Reception & Reservations Manager for on-site luxury venues across multiple sites in the UK. You will lead front-of-house guest experience, oversee reception and reservations teams, and drive service excellence across all platforms.
You'll coach managers and supervisors, manage recruitment and training across sites, monitor KPIs and guest feedback, and ensure brand standards while supporting evenings and weekends as required.
