• Flexible Working: While travel to and from audits means it’s not strictly 9 - 5, you’ll enjoy a more predictable schedule than typical hospitality roles.
• Localised Work, Less Travel: We keep your area local so you’re not spending hours on the road. That means more time at home and less time commuting.
• Minimal Overnight Stays: Overnight stays are rare and only ever required if you choose to take them on.
• Make a Visible Impact: You’ll visit restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, many you may already know as a customer, and help them meet high standards in food safety and compliance.

• You operate on a self‑employed basis

• You are paid per audit, with travel expenses covered
