We are currently looking for a passionate

Events Services Manager, to join our Events department on apermanentbasis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As aEvents Services Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Takes a hands-on approach to the daily operation events and ensures a high level of supervision & visibility is maintained at all times.
• Handle guest complaints promptly, efficiently and diplomatically, and bringing all complaints to the attention of the necessary Event Manager and / Event Operations Manager.
• Ensure you use Knowcross to report any defaults - follow-up with the relevant department.
• Ensures that the Personal Training Records (PTR’s), Personal development plan( PDP’s), SOP are kept up to date for both new and existing members of the team.

You will be required to work
40 hoursper week, on a shift rota.
