Hawksmoor Guildhall is seeking a Head Reservationist to lead the reservations and guest relations team, ensuring every arrival and enquiry flows seamlessly. You’ll manage bookings across phone, email and online channels, greet and seat guests, coordinate cloakroom and seating, and work with floor teams to deliver warm hospitality from first contact to goodbye.
