Responsibilities- Coordinate internal and external communications within the Events and Groups department, assist with sales processes, and manage event logistics.
- Assist sales managers with the distribution of sales leads.
- Respond to client enquiries in a timely and efficient manner and assist managers with preparing and sending proposals, contracts, and event orders.
- Ensure client records are maintained and up to date in the hotel’s CRM system.
- Support site inspections, client walkthroughs, and fam trips as needed and follow up with clients for post‑event feedback.
- Manage all internal bookings.
- Minimum of 1 year experience within 4- or 5-star hotels.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
