The Imperial London Hotels seeks a warm and welcoming Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, amendments, and cancellations while promoting our 1837 Guest Loyalty Programme and delivering an authentic London experience.
Ideal candidates enjoy meeting people, are organised, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Night shifts including weekends and bank holidays, basic IT skills with Outlook, and strong English are essential.
