Back of House Night Supervisor – Gaia Mayfair
Salary: £18 per hour + Tips + Surplus.
Working hours:
1 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
- Lead and supervise the BOH cleaning team throughout the night shift.
- Ensure all restaurant, kitchen, bar and back‑of‑house areas are cleaned and maintained to Gaia’s standards.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance and support team members throughout the shift.
- Carry out regular quality checks and ensure all health & safety and hygiene procedures are followed.
- Complete the nightly close, ensuring the venue is fully prepared for the following day’s service.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality, cleaning or facilities.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Flexible to work overnight shifts (finishing in the early morning) and occasional daytime shifts if required.
- Full‑time
- Salary: £18 hourly
+ Tips + Surplus.
