We are currently recruiting for a Spa an Wellness Manager to join our stunning Spa and Health Club at The Retreat based within out super-boutique hotel,The Londoner.

As Spa & Wellness Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation, strategic direction, and commercial performance of our spa and wellness facilities. You will inspire a high-performing team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and ensure the highest standards of service, luxury, and operational excellence.

Overview
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the spa, wellness, fitness, and treatment facilities.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective management of treatments, retail sales, memberships, and wellness programmes.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a talented spa and wellness team.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences that exceed the expectations of a luxury clientele.
  • Monitor and manage departmental budgets, payroll, and profitability targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop innovative wellness initiatives, treatments, and guest experiences aligned with luxury market trends.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, brand partners, and industry contacts.
  • Analyse performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with hotel leadership to support wider business objectives and enhance the overall guest journey.
About you
  • Proven experience as a Spa Manager, Wellness Manager, or similar leadership role within a luxury hotel, resort, or premium wellness environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving revenue performance.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards.
  • Experience managing spa booking systems and operational reporting.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and industry compliance standards.
