Working in a fast-paced, drinks-led environment, you’ll own your space behind the bar, manage busy service with ease and bring energy to every interaction. Being a Bartender here is all about creating memorable moments and delivering an experience that makes guests want to stay for just one more.

With nine kitchens and two lively bars, it is a fast-paced, social destination where great hospitality is at the centre of every guest experience. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in keeping the energy high by crafting quality drinks, building connections with guests and helping create the kind of moments that keep people coming back for more.

• Experienced behind a bar or in a busy, guest-facing hospitality role
• Passionate about great drinks, great service and memorable guest experiences
• A confident communicator with a friendly, engaging approach
• Reliable, energetic and comfortable working under pressure
• A team player who enjoys fast-paced environments
• Flexible for evenings, weekends and peak trading times
