- Prepare and serve food, snacks, and beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and enquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across hospitality areas, kitchens, and function rooms.
- Set up meeting and event rooms with refreshments, catering items, and required equipment.
- Clear tables and collect used crockery, glassware, and service items after use.
- Wash, clean, and return crockery, cutlery, and serving equipment todesignatedareas.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels of food, beverages, and hospitality supplies.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of hospitality services while ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Customer service:
A friendly and personable demeanour with the ability to handle complaints and go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. - Communication:
The ability to talk and listen clearly to both guests and colleagues. - Teamwork:
