Hotel Night Auditor

Pay: £33,000.00 per year.

Located on Covent Garden’s Drury Lane with 141 rooms, two cocktail bars, rooftop terrace and a signature restaurant, it’s our first international destination, adding to our portfolio of hotels in Berlin, Munich, Düsseldorf and Leipzig.

We are seeking an experienced, driven and passionate Night Manager to join us at Hotel AMANO Covent Garden. Working closely with the leadership team, the Night Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel during the night hours, adhering to all Company and Hotel policies.

Ensure a memorable and personalised experience is delivered to all our guests from arrival to departure. Handle all guest concerns and complaints; record and resolve them promptly. Ensure health and safety procedures are strictly followed during night shift. Lead and manage all those working the night shift ensuring all team members complete tasks assigned to them.

Previous experience as a Night Manager/Duty Manager within a London hotel. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Superb attention to detail and driven by delivering exceptional standards. Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
