Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking a Catering Manager to lead the day-to-day production and service of member and staff dining facilities across the site. You will work with the operations manager to ensure high standards and manage the location's budget.
You will develop and implement dining and hospitality offerings, ensure food quality and customer service, and prepare monthly and annual P&L reports. A City & Guilds culinary qualification and Level 3 food hygiene are required.
