Imperial London Family of Hotels is seeking a friendly Night Porter for the Royal National Hotel in Bloomsbury. You will support front office operations during night hours, assist guests from check-in to check-out, and help with luggage, doors, and belongings.
You will answer questions about the hotel and local area, arrange taxis, follow front office procedures, and uphold health and safety protocols including fire panel awareness.
