The Ned City of London is seeking a Front Office Night Manager to oversee our overnight operations, maintaining the high standard of service The Ned is known for. You will lead a small night team, handle guest arrivals and inquiries, and support with reporting tasks.
Typical shifts are 8:30 pm to 8:30 am, 4 on 4 off. You will be a welcoming face, share knowledge of The Ned’s venues, and drive upsell opportunities while modelling outstanding hospitality.
