Hawksmoor is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to support the Bar Manager in leading the bar team and delivering Hawksmoor’s high standards of service. You’ll combine creativity and leadership with a deep understanding of guest experience to run an exceptional bar operation with energy, precision and warmth.
You will lead shifts, coach bartenders, manage stock and costs, and deputise for the Bar Manager when required, contributing to a vibrant and collaborative team environment at Hawksmoor.
