Inter Continental London Park Lane in Mayfair is seeking a Guest Relations Executive with an immediate start. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to every guest, from arrival to departure, with a warm, engaging approach.
You will proactively contact guests before and after their stay and prepare VIP amenities, while supporting the front desk with reception duties and lobby presence. A minimum of 2+ years in hotel front office and Opera PMS knowledge are required.
