Houston & Hawkes is looking for an outstanding Hospitality Assistant Manager to join a prestigious Central London operation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who is equally confident leading from the floor, supporting a busy team and managing the important commercial and administrative detail behind a successful operation.

You'll support the Hospitality Manager with the day-to-day delivery of meetings, events, fine dining and executive hospitality, ensuring every service feels polished, professional and effortless. From coordinating the team and engaging with clients to managing invoices, figures and operational paperwork, you'll be an important part of keeping the entire hospitality operation running seamlessly.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and naturally warm with people - someone who notices the smallest details, stays calm under pressure and takes genuine pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
