We are looking for a passionate Public Area Attendant who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Public Area Attendant will have the service knowledge and skills to lead the team in order to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

• Exceptional service standards - only 5 star luxury will do.
• Someone who can create a memorable experience the guest will never forget.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver warmth, charm and hospitality in every aspect of the role
• Real pride and passion for what you do.
• Previous experience of working as a Public Area Attendant in a similar 5 star hotel environment.
• Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
