We’re on the lookout for a
Room Attendant
who is committed to excellence, thrives in a team setting, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Room Attendant
, you will play a key role in the efficient servicing of all bedrooms, bathrooms, apartments, and guests’ areas, doing so in accordance with the specific goals, policies and strategies stipulated.

• Keep all common areas clean and up to the expected standard.
• Assist any guests with any queries they may have, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage different tasks at one time.
• Prepare and deliver exceptional standards of Rooms.

• Has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• A high level of organisational skills.
• Previous experience cleaning rooms, within a 5 stars hotel is desirable.

Please note this role is on a casual contract.
