As a Hospitality Assistant
, you'll help deliver exceptional food and hospitality services while creating a welcoming experience for employees, visitors and guests. Whether you're serving food, preparing meeting rooms, supporting events or maintaining high standards throughout the workplace, you'll play an important part in creating memorable experiences every day.

• Deliver outstanding hospitality and customer service to clients and guests.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard.
• Set up meeting rooms, hospitality events and conference facilities.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety standards.
• Restock supplies and ensure hospitality areas are presented to the highest standard.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide an efficient and professional service.

• Previous hospitality, catering or customer service experience is desirable.
• A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• A flexible approach with a willingness to support different areas when required.
