Thesleff Group is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to lead and develop our central reservations across a portfolio of London's hospitality brands. You will maximise covers, drive revenue and ensure guest interactions reflect the group’s standards.
You will collaborate with General Managers, Operations, Marketing and Revenue teams to optimise booking performance, manage guest communications, and lead the reservations team to deliver a seamless experience from first contact to arrival.
