GENERAL MANAGER – CENTRAL LONDON RESTAURANT, BAR & EVENTS

We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead an exciting, high-energy restaurant, bar and event space in the heart of Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a busy, premium environment and understands how to deliver outstanding food, drink, service and events while driving strong commercial performance.
The Role
As General Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the venue, leading a talented team and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, inspiring and developing the front and back-of-house teams
- Driving sales, profitability and commercial performance
- Maintaining consistently high standards of service, food, drinks and presentation
- Managing busy restaurant and bar operations alongside private hire and events
- Building a strong culture of hospitality, accountability and teamwork
- Managing rotas, labour costs, stock, GP and operational budgets
- Recruiting, training and retaining outstanding team members
- Building relationships with guests, suppliers and event partners
- Ensuring full compliance with licensing, health & safety and company procedures
- Being the face of the venue and creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere
About You
We are looking for a confident and charismatic hospitality professional with proven General Manager or senior management experience within a quality restaurant, bar, events or high-volume hospitality environment.
You’ll be:

- Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Highly organised and calm under pressure
- Experienced in managing large, diverse teams
- Comfortable managing events and high-volume service

- Passionate about developing people and creating a great team culture
London hospitality experience is highly desirable, as is experience working across restaurant, bar and events operations.
