Sales and Operations Manager - Premium Workspace Provider

Central London £60,000 Full-time, permanent

TRC London is exclusively recruiting a Sales and Operations Manager to lead a premium new workspace, hospitality and events destination within a prestigious Central London building.

This is a broad commercial and operational role with responsibility for a beautifully designed floor comprising a lounge, coworking environment, five meeting rooms, event space, terrace and landscaped outdoor setting.

You will take full ownership of the space: driving revenue, managing its P&L, developing broker and client relationships, leading the hospitality team and ensuring the environment remains polished, commercially productive and consistently operated to an exceptional standard.

The role would suit a commercially minded workspace, hospitality, members club or events professional who is equally comfortable developing new business, hosting important clients and taking hands-on responsibility for daily operations.

The role
  • Take full commercial and operational ownership of the workspace
  • Lead the client experience across the lounge, coworking areas, meeting rooms and event spaces
  • Manage the P&L, revenue, direct costs and performance against budget
  • Drive meeting-room, event, coworking and hospitality revenue
  • Develop pricing, packages and upselling opportunities
  • Analyse utilisation, conversion, margins, booking patterns and lost opportunities
  • Build an active pipeline of external meeting and event business
  • Develop relationships with brokers, agents, corporate clients and introducers
  • Host tours, broker events and showcase experiences
  • Convert enquiries efficiently and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Build repeat business through strong client relationships and consistent follow-up
  • Lead, coach and develop a small hospitality and lounge team
  • Manage rotas, performance, recruitment and team capability
  • Own the visual presentation and operational readiness of the entire floor
  • Oversee room turnarounds, event setups and daily standards checks
  • Develop a commercially viable programme of client, networking and broker events
  • Manage the complete event journey from initial enquiry through to delivery and review
  • Work with architects, designers and suppliers on improvements to the space
  • Control supplier quality, reliability and cost
  • Collaborate with reception, operations, sales, maintenance and finance teams across the wider building
About you

You will have experience within flexible workspace, premium hospitality, a private members club, events, serviced offices or another high-quality client-facing commercial environment.

You will also bring:

  • Clear evidence of generating new business and repeat revenue
  • Experience managing a P&L, departmental budget or significant revenue target
  • Strong commercial judgement across pricing, utilisation, cost and margin
  • Experience managing meeting rooms, events, hospitality or coworking operations
  • A track record of building high-value client relationships
  • Confident business-development and relationship-management skills
  • Experience leading, coaching and performance-managing a customer-facing team
  • Strong CRM discipline and the ability to produce meaningful commercial reports
  • Exceptional attention to detail and visual presentation
  • The ability to maintain high service standards while managing competing priorities
  • A polished, credible and hands-on leadership style
  • Experience working with architects, designers, fit-out teams or space-improvement projects would be advantageous

This role needs someone who can sell the space, run the space and take pride in every detail of the experience. You will be commercially ambitious without compromising quality, and operationally disciplined without losing the warmth expected in a premium hospitality environment.

What s on offer
  • Salary of £60,000
  • Ownership of a high-profile premium workspace and events destination
  • Genuine commercial autonomy
  • The opportunity to shape pricing, programming and the future evolution of the space
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders, brokers, corporate clients and design partners
  • A visible leadership role within a prestigious Central London building

If you combine commercial drive with premium hospitality standards and enjoy turning exceptional spaces into successful businesses, we would love to hear from you.
