The Derby London City, Curio Collection by Hilton joins an existing portfolio of award-winning hotels owned by Dominus and managed by Dominus Hospitality. Opened in April 2026 the hotel joined Hilton’s prestigious Curio Collection in the UK, a global set of remarkable upper upscale hotels handpicked for their unique character and personality - each one a part of the fabric of the city it calls home.

In the heart of London’s historic financial district, "The Derby" resonates with charm and sophistication. The name, inspired by the iconic bowler hat – affectionately known as a "Derby" – pays homage to the City’s storied banking heritage.

The Derby offers 234 contemporary bedrooms, including 13 suites with panoramic city views. Guests can enjoy modern British dining with a twist at Rycrofte's Restaurant, Coffee House and Bar, with options for private dining. The hotel also features boardroom-style meeting spaces for 10–20 delegates, fully equipped with the latest technology, all in the heart of London’s Square Mile.

Lost Property is the seventh Curio Collection hotel opened in London. Located on Ludgate Hill, just on the corner of St Paul’s cathedral, one of the most iconic London landmarks, Lost Property hotel has 145 bedrooms, a restaurant and bar called Found, a coffee house called Tattle, and a gym.

We are looking for a Cluster Reservations Manager to lead the Reservations function across The Derby London City and Lost Property St. Paul’s, both part of Curio Collection by Hilton and managed by Dominus Hospitality.

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Revenue, you will oversee the day-to-day Reservations operation across both hotels, ensuring bookings are managed accurately and efficiently while delivering a consistently high level of guest service. Leading and developing the Reservations team, you will work closely with Revenue, Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping and the wider hotel teams to optimise availability, maximise revenue opportunities and ensure a seamless booking journey.

This is a varied role combining people leadership, operational excellence and commercial awareness, with the opportunity to influence processes and drive improvements across both properties.
