Housekeeping Supervisor

Cheval Collection are currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the Housekeeping team at our luxury serviced apartments in London.

At Cheval Three Quays, located on the banks of the River Thames and overlooking some of London's most iconic landmarks, we're looking for a passionate and detail-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to help deliver the exceptional standards and guest experiences we're known for.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a key role in creating an environment where excellence comes naturally. From coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensuring our luxury apartments and public areas consistently meet five-star standards, you'll be at the centre of a fast-paced and rewarding operation. You'll support and coach Room Attendants, carry out quality inspections, assist with training new team members, and act as a key point of contact for housekeeping-related guest requests.

Through your leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys a flawless stay from arrival to departure.

• Have supervisory experience in a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment
• Know how to delegate and prioritise workloads effectively—for yourself and others
