CATERING GENERAL ASSISTANT
Full Time | Part Time | Casual | £14.80 per hour | London

THE ROLE- Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm and professional approach
- Support food service across cafés, restaurants and hospitality events
- Prepare food and beverages following company standards
- Assist colleagues across different areas of the operation whenever required
- Set up, replenish and maintain food and drink displays
- Keep dining areas, counters and back-of-house areas clean and organised
- Handle payments and operate tills where required
- Follow all food safety, health and hygiene procedures
- Help create a welcoming experience for students, staff and visitors
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service
- A team player who enjoys helping others
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible approach and willingness to support different areas of the business
- Previous catering, café, hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
- £14.80 per hour
