Are you a team player with a passion for hospitality and supporting others? We're looking for Hospitality Hosts to join our vibrant team and help deliver extraordinary guest experiences at two of London's leading West End theatres.

With one position based at Theatre Royal Drury Lane for the run of Jesus Christ Superstar, and one position based at the Adelphi Theatre for The Lives of Others, you'll play a vital role in supporting our hospitality operation and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.

Working closely with our Red Coats and the Commercial Hospitality Team, you'll help ensure our hospitality service runs seamlessly, from welcoming guests and assisting with service to keeping our bars and lounges well-stocked and beautifully presented.

Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, assisting with way finding and supporting the Red Coat team in seating and service delivery.

Work alongside the Red Coats to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality hospitality operations throughout performances and events.

Assist with food preparation and service set-up, while ensuring bars, fridges, lounges, and service areas are fully stocked and maintained before, during, and after performances.

Prepare, collect, and deliver drinks, snacks, and merchandise to Red Coats or guest areas as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Keep all service areas clean, tidy, and organised, maintaining a professional and polished environment at all times.

Work closely with the Head Red Coat, Red Coats, Front of House team, and Hospitality Experience Manager to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Ensure all work spaces remain stocked, safe, and presentable, including clearing, cleaning, and replenishing trays, glassware, and stock promptly.

Assist with the set-up, operation, and reset of hospitality spaces before and after performances and events.

Participate in regular training, briefings, and development activities to maintain operational excellence, guest safety, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

• The ability to stay calm under pressure and respond quickly to the needs of the team and guests.
• Confidence working both independently and under direction, with a positive attitude towards feedback and development.
• Previous experience in hospitality, bar support, customer service, or waiter/waitress-style roles is advantageous.
• Above all, a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn, develop, and grow within our exceptional team.

Salary: £14.94 per hour, with a minimum 3.75-hour shift (suggested 30 hours per week).
