Breakfast Waitress​/Waiter

We are currently looking for a friendly and passionate team member to join our growing team.

Working at our hotel in Comfort Inn Victoria, you will support the guest journey and experience.

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area before service, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout breakfast.
• Replenish breakfast items regularly and assist guests with their requests.
• Check guest satisfaction and handle any concerns or complaints professionally.
• Clear tables, wash and store cutlery and equipment, and maintain cleanliness throughout the breakfast area.
• Check deliveries, monitor stock levels, and report any shortages or discrepancies to the Duty Manager.
• Ensure sufficient breakfast supplies are available, including during bank holidays and public holidays.
• Work effectively with colleagues to maintain high standards of service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
