• Perform routine and reactive maintenance on commercial electrical systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults, lighting, power, and control systems
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• Coordinate with facility managers, contractors, and other trades as needed
• Complete job reports and maintenance records accurately

• JIB certified Gold Card Approved Electrician (commercial experience required)
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in commercial or facilities maintenance environments
• Good understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
