Alice Rose Recruitment is currently seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the maintenance team of one of London's most recognised service providers. Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Perform electrical fault-finding and diagnostics.
- Work on single and three-phase power systems.
- Maintain and test emergency lighting and fire alarm systems.
- Operate and maintain BMS systems.
- Service AHUs, FCUs, generators, UPS systems, motors, and pumps.
- Undertake water treatment duties (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.).
- £45,000 basic salary

- Recognised electrical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 3 - 236, 2330, 2365 or equivalent).
- Apprentice-trained (desirable).
- 17th or 18th Edition qualified.
- Proven background in building services maintenance.
- Experience working in a commercial environment.
- Strong communication skills with a client-facing approach
