Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter who has skills in other trades to join our team!

We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Rainham, Barking, Dagenham and surrounding areas.

• A Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.
• Works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
• Provide good customer care and maintain high standards of service.

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
• Experience as a Carpenter with skills in other trades and ability to provide good customer care.
• Post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
• Eligibility to work in the UK;
  Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
• As an operative working in the London Region, you'll be eligible to receive an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.
