Maintenance Electrician

Location:

West London (Flexible within designated coverage area)
Salary: £45,000 basic (£52,000-£58,000 OTE)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

• Carrying out fault finding, reactive works, and PPMs on catering electrical equipment (approximately 70% of the role).
• Completing general electrical PPM and reactive maintenance tasks (approximately 30%).
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults efficiently within a retail environment.
• Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance requirements.
• Participating in a structured call-out rota.

• Salary: £45,000 basic.
• OTE: £52,000-£58,000 (including overtime and call-out).
• Call-Out: 1 in 4 (reducing to 1 in 7 once fully staffed).

• Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or equivalent).
• Experience in commercial or retail environments preferred.

• Strong fault-finding and reactive maintenance experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
