Experienced Electrical Tester required for a long-term residential maintenance contract in the City of London. This is private residential work (not social housing) within well-maintained apartment blocks. We are looking for a clean, professional and client-facing electrician confident carrying out and signing off EICRs to a high standard.

• Carrying out EICRs in residential apartment buildings
• Completing certification and ensuring compliance with current regulations
• Minor maintenance works (lighting repairs and small remedials)
• Working in occupied, high-standard properties

• £270-£280 per day
• 6 months initially (strong chance of 2+ years)
• Structured programme of works
• Consistent workload
• CIS payments
• Immediate start available

• Proven residential testing experience
• Confident signing off EICRs
• Own tools and transport
• Professional, well-presented and reliable
