About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Operative you will be working alongside Octavia Council within our social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.

A Multi Skilled Operative within our Octavia branch will support residents with reactive repairs across our portfolio of properties working on a planned route. Part of a local team undertaking high standard multi-trade repairs and refurbishment activities to housing properties delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards. You will have a certified core trade and can deliver additional trade activities in support of completing repair/refurbishment works on time and to a high standard in accordance with agreed standard operating procedures.

Take ownership in undertaking construction, fault finding and maintenance repairs aiming for a first-time completion whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.

  • Experience in Plumbing.
  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Good Verbal communication
  • Worked in Social housing background
  • Repairs and maintenance experience
  • Own tools

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21, have held your license for over 3 months and have fewer than 9 points.
