Junior Field Service Engineer - Fire Alarm Installations

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, commission, and service radio-linked fire alarm systems on construction sites.

Full product training will be provided. Previous experience with fire alarm systems or radio-linked security systems would be advantageous, particularly if you have strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.

This is a field-based role involving extensive travel and regular driving. Flexibility for early starts and overtime is required.

• Installation and servicing of wireless fire alarm systems on active construction sites
• Fault finding and troubleshooting on-site
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with site regulations
  
  Accurate completion of job documentation

We are looking for someone who is:

• Motivated, reliable, and committed to high standards
• Comfortable with nationwide travel and regular driving
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Experienced working on construction sites
• A CSCS card holder (or willing to obtain one)
• In possession of a full, clean UK driving licence

• Electrical qualifications
• Experience installing or maintaining fire alarm systems
