We are currently recruiting an experienced Heating & Plumbing Engineer for a commercial project based in Westminster. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out installations and associated heating works within a commercial environment. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial systems, safe working practices, and the ability to work independently or as part of a site team.

Scope

of Works

Uplift existing 6-inch gas main to high level near soffit including supports and certification.
Allow for additional isolation points at Ground Floor and Basement
Marked up drawing to be provided for above.
Commercial heating system installation
Connection, testing, and basic fault finding
Working from drawings and specifications
Ensuring works are completed to required standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Requirements

Proven experience as a Heating & Plumbing Engineer in commercial settings
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Strong understanding of health & safety on site
Relevant trade qualifications
Blue JIB
Good communication and teamwork skills
