Gas Engineer

Location: City of Westminster

We are currently looking for a skilled Service and Breakdown Engineer to support works across Westminster.
Role Information:
 
* Westminster & Surrounding Areas | Social Housing Provider
 
* up to £50K
 
* Gas servicing, repairs and installation
 
* Working primarily in void properties
 
* Radiator and radiator valve replacements
 
* Small gas runs and gas meter cap offs
 
* Occasional breakdown diagnostics and servicing
 
* Completing works in line with Gas Safety regulations
 
* Following RAMS and all Health & Safety procedures
 
* Maintaining clean and respectful work spaces in residents’ homes
 
* Using handheld devices to receive and complete jobs
 
* Delivering high levels of customer service and first-time-fix performance

Requirements:
Current ACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1
Experience working within social housing environments preferred
Full UK driving licence (held minimum 12 months)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Strong experience in domestic gas servicing, repairs and installations
